Our HFRW is a new product developed specifically for segmental retaining block walls. The HFRW is manufactured using a bespoke manufacturing which strengthen geogrids junctions. The product has a primary mesh which guarantee design strengths and reinforcement, and a secondary mesh for maximum interaction with finer particles on a variety of structural fills.
With the highest connection efficiency in the market using typically frictional blocks, it is tested to the most updated ASTM D6638-18 with a normal stress up to 345kPa (equivalent to 18m high wall).
This geogrid is PVC-free using environmentally friendly protection coating.
Used and approved in NHBC projects across the UK, but also in the Republic of Ireland and Italy, it lighter and easy to handle compared to other reinforcement products. Rolls can be made to suit Client requirements with minimum width of 1.1m.
